RENTALS ARE REMARKABLE AT THIS CHARMING LOG COTTAGE.  WEEKLY RENTALS MID JUNE THRU AUGUST.  SHORTER RENTALS AVAILABLE IN THE SPRING AND FALL.  

JUST A SHORT BEAUTIFUL DRIVE TO TRAVERSE CITY THROUGH A FORESTED AREA ALONG THE BOARDMAN RIVER.

• Join the growing list of  vacation rental guests who enthusiastically appreciate this Traverse City, Michigan area Lakefront log cottage on Perch Lake.  A 40 acre inland, no gas motor lake which thrills families and nature enthusiasts.   
• This NON-SMOKING VACATION HOME is an awesome place for a peaceful  get-away or family retreat. Activities include swimming, fishing, boating, mushroom hunting, birding and hiking. The outdoor fire pit is the site for many family evening activities.  
• SOME PETS ARE ALLOWED AT  THIS COTTAGE. A $125 Pet Fee is charged.
• AMENITIES AND ACTIVITIES INCLUDE: Sandy beach, dock, rowboat, canoe, paddle boat, kayaks, outdoor deck, gas grill, firepit, and a hot tub  overlooking the lake.  Enjoy sunning on the dock, or deck.
• SANDY BEACH [120 foot water frontage].  Five complimentary boats provide lake access. Children enjoy wading along the shoreline or swimming.    
• FISHING includes, bluegill, perch, pike, and bass.       
• NEARBY trails provide hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding. 
• OUR KITCHEN is stocked with all the utensils and kitchen equipment you will need to prepare most any meal, [including a dishwasher].  
• ENTERTAINMENT  Cable TV/VCR, DVD, stereo CD player, Broadband Wireless Internet, board games, provide indoor entertainment. 
• FAMILY CONVENIENCES.On site washer and dryer.  All linens , bedding and towels are ready for your use.  Our covered entry deck houses a gas grill.  
• On the front deck [overlooking the lake] you will enjoy a 4 person HOT TUB, umbrella table and chairs  
• FIRE PIT  Keep warm and share memories around a lakeside fire pit or in  front of the stone fireplace.  A woodshed provides wood for the fire pit and fireplace.

We rent by the season and are closed between November 14 and May 1 each year.  

• SUMMER.  Weekly rental only, Saturday to Saturday between mid June and Labor day.  
• SPRING AND FALL Nightly rate with a three night minimum.
